martyrs park

Named in honor of the martyrs of the 1878 yellow fever epidemic, the centerpiece of this park is the 1971 sculpture by Harris Sorrelle. With a high elevation, Martyrs Park provides breathtaking views of the Mississippi River, Ducks Unlimited Park in the Arkansas floodplains, and of course the Mighty Lights nightly shows on the Big River Crossing.

There is a small public parking lot in the park open during park hours.
